EZ Home Inspections DFW

Since I moved into my home (Nov2021), Ive had a difficult time with my plumbing. One of the main issues was that my toilet would not flush properly. I had an unexpected out of pocket expense by calling a plumber, when this could have been avoided if EZ Home Inspection would have correctly done the home inspection. If I was educated on the plumbing issues, I could have worked something out with the seller and would have fixed the issue before moving in. I have provided images on how bad the pipeline was. I would hate for someone else to go through this and get the same disappointment as I did, it's not a good feeling especially after you have just purchased your dream home.

I moved into my house about 2 years ago. Had this place do my home inspection they failed to realize there was a piece of ply wood covering a large whole under my house where my pipes were all busted so for 2 years now ive been having to deal with plumbing issues and i dont just have 3500$ laying around! If they would of caught this i could of easily negotiated before buying the house! Noe Rodriguez failed to do his job and now i have to pay a large water bill every month i have to turn my water off daily just so my bill isnt outrageous! on top of that i had another leak that was easy to recognize as soon as you going under the house that ruined my whole living room floor which of course i had to pay for cause my insurance deductable cost more than the work that needed to be done. i feel all the could have been avoided if people did there jobs correctly!

There were exposed, cut and live wires right next to a faucet that they failed to locate. Also a leak from the toilet which should have been found fairly easily.. Cheapest services we found though.

Failed to find the broken duct work in the other side of the attic. Should have checked all the duct work.
