Horrible experience. Definitely would not recommend. I called to get information and schedule a medical-grade peel. The girl on the phone was friendly and helpful. I explained that I had gone to another esthetician for a series of peels but that I was interested in a medical-grade only. I also specifically asked about down-time. She quoted me a price for the medical-grade peel and said that I would have no more than 7 days of down time.
When I got to the location the girl at the front desk was very friendly. Then the medical esthetician brought me back into the room. This was where the friendliness and customer service ended. She explained the two types of medical-grade peels and how much they would cost. They were more than what was quoted to me on the phone. She went back and forth with the girl at the front desk when I explained that I had been quoted a different price. She insisted that the price I was quoted was for a non-medical grade peel and that prices went up from there. The esthetician became extremely rude and short and acted as though my being there was inconveniencing her. The price difference between the peel I wanted and what I was quoted was only $50. Even though they were dishonest in quoting the price, I would have still paid it if she had not been so rude and short, but I have been to a lot of spas and have never been treated so poorly. They could have offered it half off and I'd have said "no."
To add insult to injury, there is a $25 fee to book an appointment which they still charged me even though I showed up for the appointment.
