Slow very slow I had thangs to finish and was in there 45 min or so to sell some gold I was getting in patient with them and if they're trying to to hurry they just simply told me to leave with my stuff. I already had been waiting. This place sucks would never go back. Not my fault they dont have there gold testing down to be able to get in and out.

The guy Assist manager and that young girl is not very good person to work with in that pawnshop they will declined you everything without looking it up on the system we had item in before and got it right back out several times! Than going tell me to take it to another store which I did and got my loan that was in the system! I got my loan from this place on the systems and now they denied me! Worst pawn shop on Alte Mere!!!!! Need hire new guy and fired the one that been there!!!!!

This place is a rip off. They have items priced $30 less than brand new at HDepot or Lowe's. I stopped in last week looking at lawn mowers, this week the one I was looking at is $20 higher. Do yourself a favor and check fb marketplace or offerup. Do not shop at this location!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Arrived in time before they closed to take out an item that was on layaway. I believe her name is Cynthia she is the new store owner. Ever since she took over the store its customer service has gone under. She is very rude, unprofessional, lazy, and doesn't want to help anyone out. Amber was by far the best. And when I told her in the correct way she got an attitude and told me she wasn't going to do it because she wanted to leave right away and I said its before close and she said I know but I'm not doing it right now come back tomorrow at 10:30. I drove an hour to get to that store. I don't my business anywhere else because of how amber treated. But after this incident I would never be going again. Cynthia is not the best fit for any store manager position especially with the lack of customer service she has.
