Best customer service, I was not sure about the brick and stone that I want it, but they made sure I was able to see their homes that they provided service to, which made things so much easier and smooth. Thank you Mark for your service!

UPDATE: I'm sure Acme Brick is busy preparing for the November elections. All Communists get their bricks Here! Frisco, TX. There have been groups organizing protests in Frisco for 5PM this evening. All of a sudden this shows up on the path of the protest. You wanna tell me this is not planned and organized now Brick Pallets in Frisco, TX for rioters/Antifa Delivered by AcmeBrick, Ft Worth, TX. Not impressed with the quality control or “post sale” customer service of Acme at all. We visited the Acme Design Center at 801 Airport Fwy, Euless, TX 76040 on two occasions. Viewed our brick selection (Silver Creek) on-site, took samples, visited homes that were given to us to look at and were certain we made a great selection. Once the brick started going up we saw a lot of darker variations in the brick that were never presented to us elsewhere (see attached brochure picture compared with ours). Called Acme Customer Service who promptly referred us to the East Texas company that sold our builder the brick. They came out and simply told us that the variation was just the way the manufacturing production was running at the time. That’s it. For the record, I don’t need a simple reseller vouching for the manufacturer or the manufacturing process which they are clueless of. They also told us we could use Muratic Acid to clean the red clay off the brick, which every Brick Company worth their salt says is a no no. SMH

This office is wonderful in customer support. They contacted Stephanie in Maumelle, AR to assist me and she was outstanding.
