Foundation repair done??? Still reeling with their shoddy work two years later. Talking to the owner, Jorge, after trying to reach him for six months was an experience not to be repeated. Still waiting for $750.00 paid for two piers that were not placed. Hey, if he will not respond to the BBB, why should I expect anything?

Don’t work for him.. This company will not pay his subcontractors at ALL !!! Even after the work has been completed JS .. $$ money is no good On top of that Jorge Rodríguez has had harassment charges filed on him as well

I do not recommend... my family’s house caught on fire a year ago, it took them almost a year to give us back our house and still to this day we don’t have the house.. my mother is stressed and struggling with money and still JORGE wanted more money for “new plumbing “ but the job was done wrong. I don’t recommend this company at all SCAM?? maybe. I’m just angry at the fact that they don’t care about the job, the workers are LAZY as well ... he also does not answer any text or calls.

Worst roofers in the business. They installed my ridge vent like it was the first time they'd ever installed it. No speaky English so can't read English instructions explaining to cut 4" opening, 2" each side of ridge center. Morons cut "8 7/8" inch hole in the top of my roof. First rain.., major leak! With the opening cut so wide, hardly any wood to secure ridge vent to the roof so barely holding on. Roofers wore pajama bottoms so very unprofessional dress. Laziest workers I've ever seen. Never arrived to work before noon. My roof wasn't a priority because it was a small job. They worked four half days..., usually noon to dark. All other roofing companies were shocked telling me it should have been a one day job. Left trash, remnants of the old shingles, underlayment, and nails everywhere. Wanted EVERY DOLLAR my homeowners insurance paid, but did not do ALL of the work; i.e. replace everything my insurance company paid for..; new gutters & new yard light. LAZY, LAZY, LAZY. They want ALL the money but don't want to do the work, and quality.....? HA! I'm just glad they didn't name their company Quality Roofing, because there is NOTHING quality about these folks. They are always bragging about being former Marine Veterans using that to say, you can trust us. No humility in that. Real Marines are humble, do it right the first time using the highest quality standards, and if they did make an honest mistake, they would do everything in their control to make it right. They would stand behind their work. When I had Jorge Rodriguez (owner) on the phone, I asked him to send another crew out to fix the giant opening his crew left in my ridge, he told me, "We NEVER should have taken that job." Well, you did sir, and you must take responsibility for the unfortunate error your roofers made on my ridge vent installation. They finally came out and attempted to fix their error, but it was a, "patch job." Shortcuts were taken, and scrap wood from another job was used to reduce out of pocket expenses. So now, I am having to pay $3,388.00 to have another roofing company come out and repair Alliance Reconstructions error. After reading other reviews, it appears if your home has a major fire, Alliance Reconstruction is awesome, but for a roofing job on an 1100 sq foot home with just two valleys, not something they can or even want to bother with it because it's not worth much money, if you think $5,330.44 isn't much money. Received a phone call from the owner threatening to turn me in to the Hispanic Chamber Of Commerce. He was furious saying I am a RACIST for saying something like that. If repeating what his roofer said, "No speak English," to me when I tried to explain and point out his excessive cutting error on my ridge vent makes me a RACIST, then I guess I'm guilty as charged. "DO NOT USE ALLIANCE RECONSTRUCTION for anything. You'll be sorry if you do.
