        I'm sitting in the lobby right now. It's 1:43 AM. I ordered my food at the kiosk OVER 30 minutes ago! I'm asking about my food and they're ignoring me. Only 2 ppl working in here but when my son applied, he was told he was hired then he was told they filled that spot. He wanted the overnight shift. The drive-thru is packed and they seem to be quicker fixing the Doordash orders than the ppls orders in the lobby & drive-thru. Several Doordash orders have been filled AFTER I ordered and I'm STILL waiting on my food. I think I should just walk out and go to Taco Bell or Whataburger. This is ridiculous and my last time coming in here unless I'm doing Doordash. Edit: After asking one of the workers about my food, he said he didn't get MY order and he asked what I ordered. I told him. He then told me that he can only cook my fries and give me a drink. He's not cooking anymore burgers or anything on the grill. Mind you, this location is open 24 hours!! WHY CAN'T I GET A BURGER THAT I ORDERED ALMOST AN HOUR AGO?!? PLEASE SOMEBODY MAKE IT MAKE SENSE!!! Because the math ain't mathing!!!!!
