I would like to express my dissatisfaction with your employee Ron Shue.
We were allowing ya’ll to drive thru our pasture gate to make it easier for ya’ll to dig a trench for Oncor. This gate is about 300 yards from our house which is kept locked & we have to put the horses up before we can open it.
Oncor told me that someone would let us know when this was going to happen. Friday, 5/2, I get a call about 11:00 from Ron saying he’s at my gate & needs to get in. We drop what we’re doing & go home to let him in. He states that Digtess was supposed to be here by 9 & if he’s not here in the next hour he’s going to dig anyway.
So he digs & cuts the phone & cable lines.
Around 4 we see that he’s getting ready to leave so we go to open the gate & I see a big hole he dug on my property with some fencing around it. I ask when that was going to be filled in & he said tomorrow. We waited here all day Saturday but he never showed up or called. We figured he’d show up Monday so we made sure we were home & again he never showed up.
Tuesday at 10:14 he calls & says I’m at your back gate & I need to get in. I told him there was no way we could get there before 5pm & he said he would hand dig. I then talk to Phil Taylor & told him I could make arrangements for one of us to be there Wednesday & Thursday.
Wednesday at 9:39 he calls & says he’s 4 minutes from the back gate so we let him in. At 3:21 he calls ready to be let out. I go out around 7 & he’s dug another huge hole with barely any fencing.. We spent the next 2 hours finding fencing & fixing it so the horses wouldn’t get hurt. I didn’t take any pictures of the water bottles thrown around our yard but Phil with Oncor saw them when he came out to talk to us Thursday morning.
To top it all off – he dug the holes in the wrong yard.
