Beach Medical Clinic

I have been calling none stop trying to get a hold of the office and it sends me straight to voicemail. I was supposed to get a call back for my medication and they never pick up their phone. The doctor is wonderful but the front office def need to work on customer service and answering calls. Keep in mind I been calling since my visit on March 5. Update: got a call on April 5 to verify my appointment yet they wont answer when calling back. This is very unprofessional of the front desk.

Ive been going here for years and have always enjoyed having him as a primary. Highly recommended if youre looking for a wonderful primary family doctor.

They never answer the phone I was running late to my appointment that they inconveniently rescheduled me. They girl upfront clearly has no customer service was standing in the front window for 5 minutes while she completed a phone call she could have made later on her down time!!!! Poor Staff. I have no complaints with the doctor maybe more staff is needed she said they are short staffed again there was only 1 other customer when I walked in !!!
