I went here with my three kids. First off, they kept calling my step daughter Kenny despite me correcting them. Also, Before receiving any treatment, I asked if any of it would be covered by insurance and the lady told me yes. Printed me out a paper saying I would owe not even $200. So I got the treatment done (cavities filled and X-rays, sealants). Made the payment of what I owed. And then Lo and behold I get a bill for an additional almost $700. Turns out, none was covered and all they could say was well that lady who told you that no longer works here. There was zero accountability on their part for their worker falsely telling me it would be covered then proceeding to do treatments. I wouldve NEVER gotten the X-rays and cavities filled if I knew Id be billed almost $700.

I cant say enough good things about North Texas Smiles. We were referred for my babys tongue tie revision and they got us in the next day. The consultation and procedure were done in the same visit. I appreciated how we were educated and given the space to make a decision without feeling pressured. Dr. Warcup and his assistant were so sweet with my baby and I know we were in the best hands.

We had a great 1st dental appointment experience today with our 20 month old! We were nervous that she wouldnt be able to make it through the appointment but Lara did an awesome job at making her feel comfortable :) We really enjoyed both her and Dr. Warcup! They were both very informative and we are looking forward to our daughters next appointment:)

They did such an amazing job at taking care of my daughter today. We came in for an emergency dental visit and they were able to do treatment the very same day! Dr and his staff were all very informative and made sure we were taken care of. Thank you!
