5 weeks ago I crashed/broke an external hard drive. The sheer panic, stress, and overwhelming sense of loss took hold of my mind. Did I mention it had my dissertation? Did I mention it was the only place I had 6 years of data, research and class files? It was ALL on the hard drive.
I didn't know what to do, so I began to call different places. Only one person in the 3 places I called, actually took the time to talk to me.... that was Zack! I began the recovery process, though a long and arduous process, he and his team were able to retrieve ALL of my files!!
Trust them, they WILL recover your data, ease your panic and provide the BEST customer service and experience!!!

Do not recommend Zack as he was extremely rude and unprofessional and when I confronted him about it he would say outlandish and wild things. Stay away! Bad customer service bad knowledge terrible excuse for a human being.

If you have a simple computer issue I guess you could have a better experience than I, but if you have a serious problem zack has no idea what he's talking about. ALL HE WILL DO IS STEAL YOUR MONEY SHAME ON HIM. Cant even imagine the amount of people he's scammed. Avoid dfw nerd herd! Save yourself the headache
