Fan Cloth

Can I give less than 1 star? We were told 4-6 weeks for our order to be shipped, here it is 3 months later and I am still waiting for items. When contacting customers service they keep telling me next week.... This has happened several times. The sizes are WAY off. The large leggings look to be a small. A 2X T-shirt fits like a XL. A 3x hoodie feels like a dress its so long. The quality of the printing is lacking also. The logo is not centered on the hat or hoodie. I do NOT recommend ordering from FanCloth.

Our JV/Varsity volleyball teams used this as a fundraiser this year and as a coach I am highly disappointed. The prices are outrageous for what the team actually earns, the quality is mediocre at best and it took the entire season to get our products. The season is over and we are just now receiving orders. If I could give 0 stars, I would. *Returning items is so difficult it's not worth doing. Customer service is almost nonexistent.

They sent a youth lg sweat shirt and I order adult lg I spent 180 .00 dollars on stuff for my son witch all adult lg did not say youth lg on my paper work just lg and wont give correct size I will never order again there loss I spend 200 every year the next 3 kids I will go else were?!!!

I hate leaving this bad review but I was disappointed with my order. I placed an order at the beginning of the school year and didn't receive it for months. I understood some delay due to COVID but I expected my items to look like the website description. The quality of the items is very cheap looking and threads were already coming off of one of the jackets. The items were not cheap so I will not be ordering again. I was trying to help out one of our athletes by ordering from them.

I can't even give Fan cloth any stars (but I had to at least give one to post). Signing up and getting the packets were the easiest and best part of this fundraiser. The only thing was that they allowed me to put stuff in my catalog that they knew was out of stock and didn't have. After the fundraiser was over it took almost 2-3 months for everyone to receive their items and half of the items didn't even fit the people who ordered. They were sold as adult sizes but really were kids sizes. And the final straw is here I am almost 5-6 months later and still haven't received the fundraiser checks from Fan Cloth. Every time I email about it they refer me back to the accounting department which evidently isn't doing their job. I am fixing to go to the Business Bereau if this is not taken care of soon. I WILL NEVER DO FAN CLOTH AGAIN!!!
