I came across Debt Redemption when researching different companies on the Better Business Bureau website, and the name stood out to me. Reading up on the company, all that I saw was that people had good things to say about this company. I am now one of those people. Debt Redemption was the fourth company that I contacted. The critical difference between how I felt after speaking to their representative compared to the other four companies is that Debt Redemption really cared about helping me. My debt specialist wasn’t trying to pressure me into a sale, which I thought was happening with the other companies. Debt Redemption never made me feel rushed and really asked questions to understand my situation. Another item that I found interesting is that Debt Redemption charged fees much lower than the other four companies I had talked to prior. I understand any business has to earn money, but when you are struggling with close to eighty thousand credit cards, the lower fees with Debt Redemption help tremendously when you sit down and do the math. The program has been working perfectly, and I am now at about halfway, so I should be done and debt-free in another eighteen months. The program has also saved me about half every month versus trying to keep up with just barely making the minimum payments as it is all I could afford. Now our family has extra money each month, which we desperately needed since I was not getting any overtime during the pandemic and probably won’t again until next year. Once I am done with this program, I can start contributing a lot more money to my 401K and prepare for a much better retirement that the debt was holding me back from. If you want my advice, it is to NOT stay in debt. These people can help you and give you a better life as they have for my family and me.

Realizing that I have no savings and no investments because I have been paying $131,000 worth of credit cards and personal loans instead of investing made me realize I need to do something or I am going be in trouble. I have always made my payments on time but I could never get my balances below $100,000. Something would always come up and I would use the cards. I was able to lower some of the higher interest balances with consolidation loans but then it’s just too easy to make more charges on the credit cards. Don't do it cut the cards up if you get a consolidation loan. So in my case I was stuck with the credit cards AND consolidation loans and just no way I was going to be able to pay them down in the foreseeable future. I called a few debt consolidation relief companies and none impressed me as they all just seemed likes salespeople wanting to make a quick sale. Fortunately, I spoke with a very nice man named Craig Flanders at Debt Redemption and he didn't even talk about what he offers at first. We spent time talking about how I got to where I was and discussing my goals. After learning about my situation, he explained about several options and the pros and cons of each one. I decided their negotiation plan was the right plan for my situation and wow it was exactly what I needed. Right after I enrolled it allowed me to free up $1100 a month to put towards investments and some money in savings so I can pay cash instead of relying on credit. If anyone wants REAL help with their debt, they will find it here. Thank You Debt Redemption and thank you Craig.

I can say that Debt Redemption may have saved our marriage. My husband and I are coming up on our 10-year anniversary having started off our marriage both having a lot of debt. We manage to pay it down 6 years ago but ended up back in the same boat. We have been trying to pay down the debt so we can start saving for our daughter’s college, but it has been impossible with the high interest rates. Before enrolling with Debt Redemption, we were spending anywhere from $3000 to $3500 just to keep up with the minimum payments. Our marriage has been rocky the past couple years because our family has been financially strapped, and we were both using our credit cards and even taking out additional loans without telling the other. A co-worker told me about Debt Redemption and my husband and I joined the program together. Instead of paying $3,500 a month we have been on a 48-month plan at $1,645 a month so we were able to start saving a lot of money immediately. I don't see how we would have been able to get out of debt otherwise. We knew that because of our income we wouldn’t quality for bankrtypcy and this is exactly what we needed as an alternative and a way out. Doing this bought my husband together as we both dedicated ourselves to getting out our debt and not hiding anything with our finances from each other. We stand to be completely be debt free in about 18 more months, possibly even a little sooner than we expected. This is the best financial decision my husband and I have ever made, and Debt Redemption has been nothing but completely wonderful in helping us get though our debt problems.
