I have been with this clinic for about 2 years now. I will say this review has nothing to do with my counselor and everything to do with the Business Office. They are unable to take responsibility for their actions when taking money from clients. I called to see if I could cancel my appointment and was told that they would see if I would be charged the cancellation fee, during this phone call I asked to be notified so I could make my decision and then I was charged $150 fee without my notice, now I am being told that they cant refund it to my account because it would cost them CC fees even though they are the ones that messed up. I just want to reiterate that the counseling staff is not the problem with this review.

Dixie, one of the staff members is a great person and wonderful employee. She takes her job seriously, is honest and diligent.

I would give 0 stars but 1 is the minimum. I had a horrible experience. On the first day my husband and I visited, the counselor interrupted my stating disgustingly "Look at you!" then ended the session stating that "You (me) are railroading and you (my husband) are broken." I explained to her that my husband is not broken and she apologized and stated he looks broken. She later denied it and stated she doesn't usually use that type of verbiage. We decided to continue and each had an individual session but today during our joint session (my husband and I are having conflicts which he refers to as fighting) as I frustratingly poured my heart out over why we should be trying to salvage the marriage the therapist looked at me and asked why I was fighting with her. I feel this added to the tension my husband and I are already experiencing so this was in no way a therapeutic experience.
