Sephora

Its not really busy like other store. People working there is really helpful. You dont have to ask for a help, they come by themself to ask if we need any help choosing the right product.

I needed help with choosing make up like the right shade etc but no one even bothered to assist me. There were A LOT of them scattered around and they did see me. It was probably because I was wearing scrubs, old shoes, didnt wear make up (looked like a person who wont buy basically). Also noticed they assist others enthusiastically especially those who look rich with their LV bags (you know what i mean) Little did they know i was actually planning to buy $60-80 worth of make up. Too bad. Ill just buy this somewhere else.

I had the absolute worst experience yesterday at this location. Black women have an inside joke about Sephora, so we already know what to expect when we arrive. But this time, I was greeted. I was also stared at but never asked if I needed assistance. When I got to the checkout line, the young lady was not excited to see me. She asked who helped me. I told her nobody. Oh she said. I swiped my card and waited for a while. Her head was down the entire time on her phone. I finally looked at the screen and realized I need to answer a question. She didnt even bother to tell me. The receipt popped up, She handed me the bag and didnt say a word to me. The micro aggressions at this location are always off putting. The entire area is super white and prejudice but when you love makeup, you make sacrifices. But enough is enough!

So over PRICED AND WORKERS WERE RUDE. THEIR USALLY OKAY BUT NOT THIS TIME. AND THE BUILDING IS LETTING TO MANY PEOPLE IN AT ONCE. IM SURE THEY ARE VIOLATING CODE OF TOO MANY PEOPLE AT ONCE. IT'S WORST THAN LAST TIME VISITING THERE.
