XTO Energy

Very poor service. Their phone system is designed to take messages only and give people the run around. The receptionist's phone goes to a full mailbox after 1 ring. They do not care that they are leaving the gate to my farm unlocked, open, or even lockless when they know I have a business and my wife and two year old daughter (used to) go out there alone. I have called numerous times, left messages and still no response for over a week.

Very difficult to talk to someone, especially when trying to resolve problems. Takes up to three weeks to have a phone call returned. The final straw was when they issued what I thought was a final royalty check. The check was not honored and I incurred returned check fee which they refused to reimburse.
