Understaffed, rude staff, long wait times to get simple things done. I will never go back, go off base and don't waste your time.

They take their time to do even small alterations like getting a tab sown on a fleece liner.

Extremely rude staff! I drove over an hr to JRB since it's the closet installation to get my uniform altered. Female staff member wouldnt even allow me to finish a sentence regarding the uniform. When the uniform was issues I could not get it altered due to covid, was told to keep my documentation and I could have it altered on any military installation. I tried explaining
this, but was continuiously interrupted and told they were contractors and didn't have to abide by that. After giving up that battle I simply wanted my uniform completed but when asking about prices I was informed it would be $50 to have shoulder boards installed. I thought that was a little pricey so I asked to see they're price list and was told no she would not show me her price list. Male staff member came assist as I thought maybe there was a language barrier but he was not helpful either I attempted to explain to both of them that I didn't understand why I was greeted with instant attitude and hostility, but they seemed to think their actions were ok.. Was told that I would have to drive to fort hood, an additional two and a half hrs
I feel sorry for the service members that have to deal with this in a regular basis!
