My daughter and I needed new service and phones and Chris was extremely helpful. He wasnt at all pushy, just very friendly, patient, knowledgeable, respectful and attentive. We both left feeling grateful for such great service and new knowledge. We will definitely return with any questions or needs. The store was clean, pleasant and relaxing.

Zero stars if I could do that, walked in wanting to switch carriers and add two phones as well as buy their internet service. Was greeted by Naomi and was nice but full of straight to your face lies. LIE #1 She looked at our current phones and told us they were both in condition to receive $1000 dollars credit as long as there were no cracks in the phone or screen and that scratches dont matter. So she then sold us one phone and switched my service from Verizon and said the other phone couldnt be picked up until the next day because it wouldnt finish the transfer before the store closed that day. Turns out she was rushing to leave for the day and sold me the wrong phone color. I noticed this just after I pulled out of the parking lot. So I turned right back around and she was already gone. But I stayed in store with the manger for over an hour after they closed so that she could fix the mistake and get me the right color. Day 2- Returned the next day to pick up the other phone and trade in my old phone and was helped by Steven, he is saint and great to work with and had to deal with all of Naomis mistakes and you can trust him to tell you truth. LIE #2 Well big surprise the second phone was never transferred over the day before like she said it was and they informed me that my phone credit was worth only $700 not $1000 but I had already bought the phone so to late for that I guess. My advice is avoid this store entirely or request to work with Steven!!
