Oxi Fresh Carpet Cleaning

Had Oxi fresh come to clean my house and they did an outstanding job! The technician was thorough and polite, and the customer service from the time I called, until the time the time the technician left was top notch. I will be using this company again.

Carpet was cleaned alright right but customer service was horrible. There were some stains left in my living room, no problem though because I thought I could call them back & get someone to come back out to take care of it, WRONG! It’s two days later & been getting the run around about someone coming back to take care of an area which probably won’t take more than 10 minutes. To make matters worse Matt was rude to me about returning saying it’s not something they typically do & that I would be charged extra for it. Not sure how this business is a five star because I definitely didn’t receive 5 star treatment. Now I am told they will be here tomorrow, will wait & see. After that it’ll be my last time using Oxi Fresh. Matt, always remember the saying, “people remember how you made them feel,” no matter how clean u get carpets to be.

On time, fast, friendly, and professional i was more than happy when i seen the finish carpet, kids room was pretty bad. No big clunky machine or hoses running thru your house. Low cost for a 5 bed room home less than a few hr, best price in town.
