Alarm Control Technicians

I had these guys for security for a couple of years then canceled to go with a more reliable yet less expensive alternative. They proceeded to auto draft $32.42 for over another 2 more years from my bank account. When I caught them at it and called to get it corrected Steve told me to have my attorney call. He asked if I notified them in writing that I was canceling. I've never had to cancel anything in writing. A man's word should be enough. Even if I didn't cancel in writing he did not provide any service for me after the new security company took over. I should get my money back. Beware...

From April-May 2016: Steve Wagner was the president of the company when I had their services install security systems into two homes. The installation crew for the first home showed up over two hours late, and seemed like they were both hungover from the previous night. When the second home installation was scheduled, Steve personally assessed the pre-existing system. His other team members were still recovering from Cinco de Mayo. I heard about how great he, Steve, was - non stop. During the system check two windows were not working correctly and instead of placing wireless components on these, he just drilled small holes and used metal screws to secure the window frames closed. Also, I had to press to get a new control panel. He seemed like a person who wanted to only use pre-existing materials. I could not get this guy to leave the house fast enough. I called my Realtor and said I did not want to have to deal with this guy again, and if other security system or component was needed, I will go with anyone else! I do NOT recommend Alarm Control Technicians, Inc. or anyone associated with this company for any security system services.
