Our parking lot looks brand new! From start to finish Elite checked all the boxes we look for. On time, courtesy to our residents, and efficient. We did not encounter a single team member from Elite that wasn’t an excellent representative of the company, and their service.

what can you say about a company that delivers all they say. i was relieved and at easy even with the estimators. from the proposal to the completion of the job i was never left in the dark always in contact an even had the owner stop by to check on the progress of his crew because he cared that much. that to me speaks volumes i recommend elite asphalt llc 1000% an will use them again if ever needed thank you team!! There all out for the money they overcharge they see how much money folks have there quality of work doesn’t last lots of go backs I’ve heard an if y’all have not seen or even heard bout the quality of work this company done at the Motorsport ranch here in cresson,Tx it was a major disaster and a hazard for those racing on that track with Aspahlt chucks and holes appearing all throughout the track and them to blame asphalt plants for the mix is unacceptable..I’d rather go with a more reliable company that knows and has the experience in that line of paving thank you .

*** FOLLOW UP ON PREVIOUS REVIEW: After I posted this message on on the afternoon of Thursday, October 28, the owner of the company, Mr. Harry Gallagher, gave me a call to inquire about the issue. He not only heard my concern, but he assured me that that someone would be out as soon as possible to remedy the situation. On Monday, November 1st, Cory Bennett and a team from Elite were out to inspect the job and to re-do the job the right way. The team identified two large areas that had clay-like moisture, and they immediately dug up the asphalt and corrected the problem. Now - as Mr. Gallagher and Mr. Bennett promised - they are waiting on a day to re-seal the entire parking lot and re-stripe our parking spaces for us. So, as a gesture of good will (and for a job that was completed much more professionally the second time), I will rescind my previous review and I will offer a good review of Elite Asphalt, LLC (when working with the right people at the company). ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ PREVIOUS REVIEW: On Wednesday, May 5th, 2021 Elite Asphalt came out to complete a black asphalt paving job for my church parking lot (approx. 25,500 sq ft). Before the job began, the company rep (Hannah Blomgren) gave me a total cost of $28,600. However, after the pavers arrived, they found that the back part of the parking lot had a considerable amount of damage (something that Hannah and/or any other rep would have seen if they would have come out to the property to look at the project before bidding on it). Nevertheless, after arriving at an additional amount of $800 for extra gravel to fill the back part of the parking lot, the work was approved and ready to go. Before the crew left on the last day of the job, there were a few uneven craters that I inquired about, and a few streaks of oils mixed with dirt that I complained about. These inquiries were answered by telling me that within 6 months the asphalt would look dirty and streaked anyway. Well, as time went by (and rain came down), I noticed that there were puddles of rain accumulating on certain spots and the back part of the parking lot began to bevel as our trash truck and other vehicles passed over the area. Every several weeks, I sent pictures and text messages to Ms. Blomgren, and, at first, she stated that the whole back area had to be redone and that it was not part of the original scope of the project. But then, after several more attempts to get Elite to honor their 3 year warranty commitment, Ms. Blomgren began to tell me that she would pass by and/or schedule someone to do the work as soon as possible. Unfortunately, after almost six months, nothing has been resolved (and Ms. Blomgren has not held up her end of the bargain). As a Pastor, it is truly disheartening to work with an organization that is unwilling on resolving its issues in a timely manner (as the people of my congregation are currently bearing the risk of possibly falling at one of these uneven and/or cracked locations). I personally do not recommend Elite Asphalt, LLC. Please look at the photos and judge for yourself. Service: Asphalt paving & repair
