Always see this place and I've never stoped in ... and now I wish I hadn't. I ordered - chopped brisket sandwich w/ broccoli & rice casserole and fried okra. I got burnt okra, the casserole taste and looks like it's made from a box and as for the sandwich there was none. It'd be different if they gave me the stuff to make it but I just got the meat and one piece of Texas toast. Which was probably the best part, although it was only toasted on one side. The brisket tasted odd. Not like dog food maybe gourmet dog food. I'm not sure I've tasted something very Similar to this once, it was a microwave bbq meal. Another mistake. Anyways skip this joint and go to seriously anywhere else I'm sure would do. Also I'm pretty sure I was over charged.

i don’t ever remember writing a review before.. but i decided to because this place is awesome.. food was great, but the service was even better.. great conversation while i was ordering.. based on their advice, i got the lunch special that was only $10.. brisket sandwich and 2 sides.. i’ll definitely be back when i’m in town
