do not use this bonds place. they took our money and then realized they couldn't do the bond because of the location. not only did the take forever to refund the money, they refused to refund the processing fee on something that was their error. If i could leave negative stars i would i repeat DO NOT USE THIS PLACE

Paid $2000.00 for bond but bond was never used. Having a very hard time getting the money back. I understand there is a fee that can be charged and that's fine but if I paid you $2000.00 and there was no bond set why is it so hard to give me my money!!! I have called to speak with "owner" and they tell me he does not go into office anymore. So, I'm supposed to just let this $2000.00 go just like that? I don't think so.
