I had a total loss on a car but they did everything they could to help! Knowing it might be a total loss and they might not even get the business, they still went above and beyond.

They kept my son's car for almost two months. He bought all the parts needed to repair his vehicle and they just let it sit there. For a whole week they told him the car would be ready on the day he would call and it never was. My son went to pick it up, but it was all taken apart just sitting there. He finally had to have it towed to another location. The other business had the car two days and repaired it. Service: Body & Trim
