I am really surprised to read these negative reviews about Mr. Roach! I have the utmost respect for him. In 2016 my son was arrested for 2 aggravated robberies with a deadly weapon. Mr. Roach was my sons court appointed lawyer. I was able to get my son out on bond. He always answered my calls or if I left a message, he always returned my calls. He was honest with us from the start. It looked real bad for us. My son was 17 and every time we went to court all they offered was 25 yrs. Every time, Mr. Roach refused. He told me he was gonna fight for my son. The week before we were to go to trial for my son, we were back in court. I don’t know how, who or where but I tell you, Mr. Roach got my son 10 years probation!! If he completes it, it won’t even be on his record. That was 3 years ago. I don’t know of any other court appointed atty who would go to bat like him. If he tells you he is for you, he is. I would pick him a million times over! He gave my son his life back. We will forever be indebt to him.

If you are looking for an attorney to represent you to the fullest I recommend that you do not hire Charles Roach a nasty, rude pompous of a attorney. He was recently representing my son and was fired for his lack of communication, effective listening skills and repeated disrespect of his client. He will NOT seek justice for his clients. If you or a loved one has hired him or if he was court appointed please seek a new attorney immediately. Please please take heed of this man if your freedom matters to you. God Bless

He does not make any attempt to represent clients. He will take your money or the money for being court appointed and do nothing. He is on the side of the FA and prosecutors and will lie to you by trting to pit fear in you you plea out but dont fall for his gamez. Just avoid using this man.. He sold out
