This is a scam. After being charged $207 for a sensor they continue to charge my card a month later with no reason and no response.

What a scam! Tried to use this company to repair a dryer. In the span of a couple of minutes, I had 3 different prices to pay for just the $80 service call. The call should have been $80, then it went to $97+ and then $133+. Refused to give me a quote in writing probably because that price kept changing too. All they want is for you to buy their "membership". Why does anyone need a membership for appliance service? I ended up throwing the guy out of my house and will use someone else for the repair. Scam, scam, scam.

They charged me $100 for a dryer vent. That doesn’t even include the service! I don’t mind paying for the service because obviously I couldn’t do it myself, but to charge over $200 to change a dryer vent, and then try to take what was left of the vent, is unacceptable. I called and spoke with two different people. One said they would reach out to the technician and call me back and that was over two weeks ago, so clearly they are not going to call me back and they don’t care. I will NEVER use them again, I will NEVER recommend them, and if you have a choice I suggest going with someone else.

Very disappointed in this service. We called and they promised to send someone that same night at 9pm. The technician texted at 8pm and said it was late and he was tired and wanted to see us the next day, never mind that they promised to work with us that night! He didn't respond for over an hour (past the time they promised he would be there) and then just said "2:30pm"...very rude! The service couldn't find a different technician to work with us, even though we spent over 45 minutes on hold trying to get ahold of their service department. These guys promise the world and fail to deliver. Terrible experience!

This company was able to get to me quicker than anyone. And I can't say enough about my technician Nicholas (he also goes by Layne). He was friendly, polite, courteous, and took the time to explain to/show me what the issue was. Thank you!
