Reserve at Quebec

Went in to get more information about a 2 bedroom. The door rang when I came in. No one was inside of the front office. I could hear a lady in one of the offices so I called the main number while I was standing there. I literally stood there while it rang until it went to voicemail. Twice!! Then, a woman comes out of the office on her cell phone and literally walks right past me!!! Didn’t even ask if she could help me or say hello. Nothing! I know it’s income-restricted but you should treat everyone with some kind of decency. Would not recommend.

Applied here, got the apartment then 2 days before I was to sign the paper work they said I made to much money, first I was going to movie in on October 15th then they push the date up to October 1st cuz they gave it to someone else and told me if I dont take it this one I would have to be put on a list anwait til one comes available, their website says $30,000 yr, I make $25,000 yr, I gave them my pay stubs and cuz I have some over time they added that in. They handled this very poorly!

If I could give zero stars, I would. Do not move here! The management is trash. In the 2 years we’ve been here, they’ve changed management like 3 times. Every time I go in to the office they have new staff. Our microwave went out and it took 9 months and 4 work orders for them to finally give us a new microwave. They’ve lost money orders then claim we didn’t pay our rent then threaten to evict us if we don’t pay what we owe. Later they found it in a different tenants folder. They’ve had management/staff misplace paperwork that we had already signed then give us a days notice to go in before noon to resign those documents or else we’ll be evicted. Very unprofessional. The complex looks like trash if the maintenance guy who cleans the grounds isn’t here. Some of the tenants are nasty and inconsiderate. People leave their trash everywhere except in the dumpster. The halls and stairs have trash from where people just throw their trash on the ground or their trash bags rip and they don’t pick up the trash that fell out. It’s disgusting! The pool hardly ever gets cleaned. The gym is only open during business hours, which is really inconvenient since most people work during business hours. We pay for amenities that we can’t even use. This whole place is a joke. We can’t wait to move out when our lease is up.
