image I've lived here for about two years now and I've had a pretty alright experience. Overall love the amenities and staff, only downside is that trash builds up every weekend and they tow like crazy in the complex. I didn't resign my lease for these reasons. I once had a friend stop by and within 20 mins of her being over they towed her car :/

image Management should regulate towing hours instead they TROLL the parking lot.
Came to pick up some furniture from family within 15 minutes my car was TOWED away. NOT EVEN 15 MINUTES!
The management is refusing to reimburse due to us not registering the car.
Horrible management! My family will not be staying here after there 12 months. Walls are PAPER THIN. You can hear the everything the neighbor next to you and above you.
Horrible!

image First, I live here, so this review is a reflection my personal experience as of 03/07/2022.
The Landing apartment looks really good on the inside, especially for the price to get you in and the size of the room, location and environment is relatively peaceful and proximity to everything else that keeps me running I will give an A+. However, The building has very serious architectural problem, either with the material quality or neglect of some building codes. The walls are so thin, I can almost hear my neighbor breathe, dogs barking, microwaves, my neighbors upstairs either wear shoes made of concrete or Tony Stark walks on that floor, sometimes it sounds like a bowling alley, and you could tell these are just people living normal lives without the intension to disturb. Its so bad that I felt I was being watched for a couple months until I figured the occasional vibrating noise was my neighbor's cellphone. Turn on the air conditioning to cool/heat the room and it sounds like a hurricane! ( well, its loud) I can't even hear myself. Imagine working from home. For an apartment this close to one of the busiest airport in the country, even a drunk building contractor would know that sound proofing is a huge selling point (thank God there are no railways nearby). Secondly, It would be better if they scrapped the trash valet service that pick up from residents apartment and just focus on sanitation of the dumpster area. Current trash valet service is inefficient and very very clumsy. let the residents drop it off if possible and keep the hallways clean. Third, For a "luxury" apartment, the last thing you want to be paying for is roaches. Finally, communication between myself and apartment management/ front office could be better. They communicate to you via text messages, you respond back via the same channel and its like a your messages were delivered to black hole because 2 days later the same person who responded to your message suddenly doesn't recall conversations. Understandably, there could be a lot of incoming messages everyday, but classifying these messages in order of importance means you are able to take care of resident's pressing concern that affects rent, lease and work orders. The number and frequency of tow trucks in the complex is really unhealthy for a luxury apartment. Unless the management owns that towing business or a share in it, such an apartment should at least enforce towing for overnight unregistered guests or whenever there is an event at the stadium nearby. Some of the guests who come to visit residents get impressed by the rooms but are generally put off by the urgency to register their vehicles. I wonder how quickly you could fill your empty rooms if things changed. Please keep the hallways clean. Although this was one of the biggest deciding factor to not renew my lease, I am happy they finally washed it some days back after 13 months of filth. Ofcourse a review will not be complete without move out experience, so, I will leave the stars in place and update my review afterwards.

image I wish google has an option for zero star and even that is more than the management deserve. They are very unprofessional and accuse you of being aggressive when you address issues with them. they have a towing company preying on the residents. so if you're the type that have friends over often, this is not a place for you because they will get towed and it'll cost you $300 to $400. Don't be fooled by the "good reviews" you see because they're all fake(check attached photo for proof). New residents are trick into leaving good reviews before they know what they're really signing up for, I was tricked into doing the same at the time I moved in. I am a current resident and the worst mistake I've made this year is renewing my lease because I don't want to go through the stress of moving but I'm counting down and I can't wait for my lease to end.
