Good bank helpful people but dont use atm stole money from me, and when talking to people about it, they gave me the runaround and then closed my ATM dispute without my knowledge. Still havent got anything back

The people at my local branch are like family. The problem starts when you have to go above them. It is hard to get your problem solved. Thanking about moving back to Chase or another bank. It if very hard to get your problems resolved when you go above the local branch.
