Besides my latest experience, the food has always been great while the service varies. This time the service was less than stellar but decent. The shock came when I saw that my bill was $10.00 more than it usually is. Come to find out, they now have a mandatory gratuity. My main issue is not the mandatory gratuity (although its not a great business practice) ,but the fact that its not stated anywhere in the restaurant or on the menu that its applied on the bill. BEWARE
