I received this beautiful arrangement today from my sister as a early birthday present! They are so fresh and gorgeous!

I searched several florists in Kaufman County and chose Kim's Creation Flowers for the basket of corn plants to send to a family member who lost her son. They delivered a peace lily; a plant that I specifically did not want. I called Kim’s twice and left messages and sent an email through their website requesting an explanation. They did not follow up with me. I am not happy to say the least! Don’t use this florist. A waste of money and terrible customer service.

Bf ordered flowers today they said they would deliver by 3pm. Charged him $70. Took my number and his in case there was any problems. They never delivered anything!!!! Will demand a refund when they open tomorrow. Well on their behalf the NEXT day they gave refund and brought flowers but I had already left town so my daughter told them to take em back It’s extremely creepy ur delivery driver thinks he knows the difference between me and one of my kids. Nor am I surprised that she told him to take it away since I was gone.
