I guess they have plenty of customers that they don’t mind turning off new ones in one initial phone call. We are new to the area and considering using a designer for our new home. Made one phone call and asked if we could meet with someone to understand the process, expectations, etc. Before saying anything else about their service, offering, etc the woman on the phone said discussions start at $125 per hour. I was no longer interested in working with them, if this is their initial customer service before they see our check book. Had a more pleasant experience and free discussion of the process with a competitor.

I really can’t say enough about this company. So professional. Great attention to detail. They got back to us promptly with an estimate. We met PJ at their showroom and he really helped us to come up with a plan to update our back yard. He gave us plenty of options at various price points, and really worked with us to make the best use of our space, while respecting what we had hoped to achieve.
They were great with communication before, leading up to and during the whole construction process. We were always kept in the loop regarding who was coming what day, what was going to happen each week, any delays due to weather, inspections, etc. They were always available to answer any questions or concerns we had. Everything was completed in a very timely manner.
Carlos the project manager stopped by usually everyday to check in with us and check on progress. PJ also stopped by weekly to check in. Im sure they have many jobs running at once, but you would never know it because they always took the time to make us feel like we were their only job. We never felt rushed or like a burden when we asked about something.
The same praise can be said about all their various work crews. Very courteous. Hard working. Very attentive to details. The craftsmanship is amazing. We had wood, stone, and concrete work done and I often saw them out there measuring, re-measuring, making sure everything was level from all angles. And it shows because everything looks amazing. They even came back to install a last minute add on to our patio.
If you are looking for someone to help you realize your backyard dreams, this is the company to hire. From start to finish, crazy Texas weather aside, it really went so smoothly. We couldn’t be happier with our new space and hope to enjoy it with our kids, family and friends for years and years to come.

We have had Complete Interior Solutions remodel our kitchen, master bath and closet. They do superior work, and they are the tops in customer service. They are the best in striving to reflect the customer's style and personality in their designs, not their own, but they lend expert advice and guidance when needed. Their workers are polite, neat and friendly. They have been so kind to us, they are like family now.

Couldn't give 0 stars. A typical contractor who sub-contracts out all of the work. Untrustworthy is an understatement. Look elsewhere for you renovation needs.
