        The plumber was very nice. However, the service was not complete and to be charged for that anyway, was a bit disappointing.

        We called CR at about 7am about an issue with our tankless water heater. By 8:30 we had an appointment window of 9-1pm. The stars aligned and a tech, Peyton, was in the area and was able to make it by 9:30 AM. At the time Peyton arrived, I had two contractors here giving me bids for some foundation issues-seriously bad timing for a plumber to stop by. But, Peyton was very flexible, began his diagnostic work independently and allowed me to tend to the foundation contractors. By the time I was finished (30 minutes), Peyton had completed the job! After we tested the hot water throughout the home, and everything was working perfectly. I want to thank Peyton and the folks at CR for a great customer experience!
