Great way to lose money. I paid my 175 for 15 days of insurance. I got my policy over the phone and asked for auto withdrawal. I put my card on file and was told I was done. 15 days later they they canceled my policy because I didn't download their app. When I called they said I needed to pay 130 to reinstate the policy because it was canceled for lack of payment. When I told Luis and Chris that I was never informed that I had to download an app to have auto withdrawal they said they had never heard of this themselves but it should be somewhere in the contract and it is very unfortunate. I had to choices to pay for the reinstatement or find a new policy elsewhere and pay another down-payment.

First year with Aspen and they were AMAZING! Every person was so helpful especially Griselda and Jennifer. Thank you ladies for helping me with my claim. You guys were so fast in resolving my claim. Definitely so friendly and professional highly recommend Aspen you won't be disappointed.
