They ALWAYS ALWAYS OVERBOOK their patient appointments, so youre ALWAYS WAITING a minimum of an HOUR AND A HALF to be seen even if you have a scheduled appointment. This shows a lack of care for other peoples time. Not everyone can take off work for an appointment. Today, my appointment was for 11:30am - it is now 1:00pm and I just got called to the back room where I have to wait yet again to be seen by someone. COMPLETELY RIDICULOUS.
Not to mention, my PCP is Ricardo Martinez and Ive only seen him once out of all my visits to this facility. Ill be changing PCPs after this appointment bc why continue to come to a place and give them money if they cant respect peoples times and I cant even see my actual PCP. Ill only giving 1 star because I cant give zero stars.
