I went to the store and experienced a very unpleasant moment. The so called store manager is very rude, very unprofessional, very egocentric. As I was looking at something he gets there and starts cussing from left to right very disrespectful person. I just believe no one has the right to talk to another person that way. Just because he is a very unhappy person and dislikes his job it doesnt give him the right to be that way. He has no manners whatsoever. I just feel sorry the store has a person like him working there. It makes me wonder who interviewed him and gave him store manager position.
I would give zero starts to this store if I could.

This message is dedicated to the owners of this store. the black guy who is manager of this place was so disrespectful, rude and insulted me and my kids and kicked us out.he's a stupid idiot that don't know how to respect womans and others. He said people like me were not welcomed at this location hope, he gets fired.

Today around 1945 hundred hours my recent experience at this Dollar Tree store left much to be desired. Despite being a loyal customer, I felt consistently disrespected and unfairly treated by the manager. From the moment I walked in, his lack of acknowledgment and refusal to speak made me feel unwelcome. When I reached the checkout, he demanded I remove items from my basket onto the conveyor belt, which I found unreasonable. His refusal to check me out and instead assist the person behind me, whom I recall was white, only added to my frustration. Moreover, his justification that other stores don't remove items from the basket seemed arbitrary and not reflective of Dollar Tree's policies. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and fairness, neither of which I experienced during this visit. I am seriously reconsidering returning to this store and am inclined to leave a one-star review detailing my disappointing encounter.
