        For years I have been a loyal Bueno customer, and upon reaching retirement age (I'm 70 now) I've asked for and received a Senior Discount. That is until one employee at store #3068 told me it was no longer being offered, until one night dining inside the restaurant I found out they still do give senior discounts. It's like this one employee has something against me. WTF ?

        Picture it : 1-02 degrees outside here in Tyler. Texas. I go through the drive thru place my order...go to window..he takes my money, gives me my food...then the two drinks. NO ICE..none in either. I said sir, there s no ice. He says we have no ice. I asked wh didn't you tell me at the drive thru ? He says..because you would not have ordered.

        Horrible! Order was wrong and Ive been calling for four days and no one will answer phone. Tried corporate and no number to be found. I will never waste my money at taco bueno again.
