This company has the worse customer service I have ever seen.  Left a message and three emails.  Called and it always says they are closed.  I wish I never did business with them.  No coverage either for the policy.  They pay nothing.

I had canceled the RX portion of my plan and they were sneaky by charging me separately from the medical portion. In reality they never cancelled the RX drug prescription part of the plan and added dental without my knowledge. I wish I had been more observant! :-(

I called to question a bill and was told the agent that had told me the procedure was fully covered wasn't trained properly and sorry but I should have known it wasn't covered. I asked to speak to billing to cancel my account. While on hold (the second time for over 15 minutes) the message said an agent would call me back if I wanted. I opted to have a call back and left a message. I did not get a call back, instead I got an email saying my service was cancelled. This would have been fine except while I waited for the call back I changed my mind on cancelling the service. The staff is not properly trained and they don't do what they say they will. Cheap insurance comes at a cost and in this case it's honesty and a properly trained staff. UPDATE: I got a call from Affordable Benefit Choices today. They tried the same tactic as Agentra, take no responsibility for the inaccurate information given to me in the first place and just offer to negotiate the bill for me. They also tried to imply I didn't get a call back because I had dialed an incorrect number although when I said I had been transferred and hadn't dialed the number the phone went silent. Bottom line again, cheap is just that cheap. Bargain prices doesn't mean top level service although you would expect a person's health to be important enough to a company they would want the best trained staff they could have. Evidently cheap also applies to training when it comes to these two companies.
