    When a pipe burst and water poured into our home instead of out into the exterior hose, they were quick to respond. Susan, on the phone, was friendly and sensitive to our misfortune. She dispatched Jacob who arrived quickly, surveyed the damage and was clear in speaking with me about my choices. He was also quite patient as I made some decisions (sometimes I can be slow to decide). He was also friendly and my dogs liked him (that means a lot, ya know). He & his team got us situated quickly and our wet bedroom is in the drying process right now. Highly recommend them for their positive spirits, quick response, and professionalism. Service: Water damage cleanup

    We came home from a short vacation to a flooded house! A toilet supply line had broken, and was spewing water all over. We called several disaster companies, and Dalworth was the first to respond. They had a crew here within an hour, and immediately assessed the situation and started sucking out water. Fans and dehumidifiers were brought in, and every day for about a week a team would come in and monitor moisture levels and make sure that equipment was functioning properly. During that time, it was determined that some demolition was necessary to assure complete drying and avoidance of mold and mildew. Drywall, baseboard, insulation, carpet and padding was removed. All of the Dalworth team members were respectful, knowledgeable, willing to answer questions, and showed genuine concern for our crisis. Service: Water damage cleanup

    The whole experience with Dalworth was very painful. I called them because my house was completely flooded and it was the first name that popped up in Google. That was on 09/24/2021. They answered and assured me that they would be sending a crew right away. Between my family and my neighbors, using , mops, towels, brooms, we started taking care of the flood. After an hour had passed and no crew form Dalworth, I called again and was told they would be there shortly. Finally 2 guys arrived when almost all the water had been swept or vacuumed. In a very slow and calm fashion they started looking around, not helping at all, just supposedly "assessing" the damage. The rug in the master bedroom was still there, on top of my hardwood floor, and I begged them to please take it out because it was going to further damage the wood. They refused and continue to look around, until finally I had to call my neighbors and son to move my bed and remove the rug. They started taking pictures, and I told them we had pictures and videos of when the water was there, that now we needed to start taking care of the wood floors, baseboards, etc., to no avail. The project manager told me that due to the extent of the flood, all wood floors had to be removed, as well as the baseboards, and that they will drill holes into my kitchen cabinets to install the fans. They installed the fans and dehumidifiers and said they would be at my house at 8 am to do all the needed work with the floors, etc. ​ They didn't show up, so at 11 am I called Dalworth and asked what was going on, and they told me they couldn't send anyone maybe until after 3 pm. The crew later told me they had a big job at a warehouse that flooded so that was the reason they didn't show up. When they finally arrived they only removed the baseboards and didn't provide any explanation as to why they would not complete the job they had stated needed to be done. They only stated they had been on call all night. Through out the whole process the company was unresponsive. Had to call several times every time I needed something addressed. They told me they would bill the insurance directly and I wouldn't be on the hook for anything. They sent a bill for more than 17K to the insurance, and even tough I have already met the deductible, now they want to come after me for another deductible. I would not recommend this company. I would not call them again if this would ever happen to me again.
