EDIT: Please read thier response. Please read about how you will be taken care of. If you talk about unfair practices, such as being double booked, they will drop you as a patient. Does this feel like a safe place to you? Original post: Just arrived at office for my appointment and saw another person come in at the same time. I asked if they double book appointments and they said YES. It's also first come first serve for your appointment time. This was told directly to me by the front desk worker. This has happened to me multiple times and I am absolutely sick of it. If I schedule my appointment, I want to be seen at the time of my appointment, not fighting with another client to be there first. I hope they choose to use this as constructive criticism and do better.

I really like Dr. Faheem she is a really awesome Doctor she listens and helps you I've been going to her for several months and I thoroughly enjoy seeing her. I've never had any negative visits with her. I totally recommend her I also like her secretary extremely well she is very cordial!!! Thank you Dr. Faheem!!!

The office staff & psychiatrist is very professional & caring. No waiting time for appts or medications to be ordered. Ive been a client there for approximately 3 years & have no complaints.

I've been seeing Dr Sabahat Faheem for several years now and truly love her. She is Compassionate, Understanding, Caring & Kind. Her and the Staff are all very Personable, Respectful, Professional and Friendly. She not only treats me but, also takes an active interest in my Family. She has always shown Empathy for my situation. I appreciate that so much. I've always left the office with a happier & more positive attitude than when I arrived. I've never been treated badly or wrongful in this Office. I honestly believe that any negative Reviews are posted in response to Dr Faheem not giving those individuals what "they" wanted. She would definitely have their best interests in mind, FIRST!! Mental Health care takes time, understanding, empathy & an effort in good communication between both parties involved. I would highly recommend Crescent Psychiatry and Dr Faheem to anyone needing her services. You'll be AMAZED at the wonderful care you receive.

I am extremely thankful to have found Dr. Faheem when I was seeking psychiatric help. From my very first appointment (about a year and a half ago) up to this date, I have been provided an exceptional experience every time! The front desk staff are wonderful and always happy to help. Dr. Faheem is a very kind person and you can tell she is passionate about her work. She demonstrates professionalism and has provided a comfortable and non-judgemental environment for me each visit. You can tell she has genuine concern for her patients by the way she takes the time to thoroughly assess and understand the details regarding your situation to create a treatment plan tailored to your specific needs. She explains complex concepts in a way that's easy to understand, and she actively involves me in the decision-making process regarding my treatment. I drive 45 minutes to get here, rather than going to a closer psychiatrist because of the outstanding service she provides, my mental health is the best that it's been in years, and I couldn't have done it without her help! Dr. Faheem is absolutely AMAZING and she truly goes above and beyond at her job. I highly recommend booking an appointment with her.
