I was trying to contact FCVS for a few days without any success, then I called the FSMB TX office not expecting any help. A sweet lady named Marsha picked up and she really and quickly helped me with connecting to FCVS. She was very nice, helpful and sure knew how to troubleshoot problems.

FSMB is a great organization for physicians in regards to licensure, board certification and verification, however their Credentialing Department only hires on a temporary basis for 90 days which is not appealing to qualified Credentialing Professionals. After a brief telephone interview I was disappointed to discover you have great benefits and PTO holiday pay but it was only for permanent staff. May I suggest you consider individuals with previous Credentialing, Medical Staff, Licensing Coordinator or Privileging Consultant experience many people who haven't been employed in Credentialing don't have the insight as a qualified individual.

Staff delayed my application with delayed communication, leading to delay and fines for me. Once I told them how I was going to loose 10k they still did not have any urgency to make it right. Lack of quality work accountability.
