I cannot begin to say enough good things about this agency. We recently purchased a new home, and decided to get a quote. I worked with Abby. She was kind, professional and extremely knowledgeable. She talked to us about our options, coverage and answered all our questions. To say she went above and beyond is not enough. Ask for Abby, you won't be disappointed!

Randy and His employees are very professional and kind. They aren't like most agencies in the sense they are not pushy when it comes to their policies. They will give you a quote and ask but they wont harass you to buy their policy like some other agents. I tend to shop rates frequently and I have not found many places that are remotely competitive to Allstate's Texas rates. Especially on Motorcycle coverage. I know each person's experience is slightly different but I worked in the insurance industry in the past and I can tell you they generally have top tier coverage and their policies are straight forward. Overall Randy Jones is a great agency to work with.
