        I was helping my mother out because she doesnt speak english. The woman who answered told me that she thought I was joking (maybe because of my child like voice) and before I could explain she hung up. Oh well :/

        I was really looking forward on a family vacation and I wanted to go through fiesta world tour. I was trying to explain to the lady what I wanted and how I can get help, I even ask for recommendations on what would be better for our family. She told me it was to complicate for her and that she would need to charge me to look up a quote for a family trip to Cancun. And that’s she rather not help me , she said quote, “I don’t work for free”. First of all I never said I wanted a free service so I do t know why that comment. I went to fiesta travel cuz it’s the best, she didn’t want to help me, Iam just in shock
