Scheduled our Team pictures for a Friday evening and not only was Jayden there on time but he was early! He worked efficiently and patiently with our boys and even gave us a few extra minutes as we waited for a late arrival! Couldn't be happier with their work!

They originally scheduled the class picture taking on a Thursday. The following week, they said the photographer has to re-take pictures and unfortunately, my daughter got sick and was not able to participate.. Notified the photographer and asked how are we get reimbursed. Called them and was told that we have to go all the way to their office on the east side just to get reimbursed. This is just ridiculous and upsetting as we paid in cash. I would rather donate the money to anybody or to my daughter's class than them getting my money! Do not let your children participate in theor schools class picture taking if this is the company.

The staff were amazing and patient. Took the time to help me find my son's school photos from a few years ago. Great customer service and photo quality.
