You have only to enter to be greeted with a smile and willingness to assist in Kimberly. Then on to the best team assembled under excellent direction and guidance of Francisco. The best OT is Randy Roepke. His professional, respectful and calm demeanor are just a few of the many qualities that present themselves. An excellent skill set reveals the mastery of his craft he obviously knows well and therefore gets results. Evaluations will confirm this as fact. I have received this positive result . Ernie and Alondra are also great in assisting with exercises done correctly and with encouraging words and can do attitudes! It is a group that works in harmony to the betterment of all. I highly recommend this group. You will benefit every time as they bring their A game each time to all. Stellar people positively impacting the lives they serve. Truly something to be grateful for. The most amazing staff! I was going to PT after my first knee surgery in Feb '23 and then found out I had to have another knee surgery just 2 months after the first. The UMC PT team took care of me and supported me through a very difficult time. I am now almost at 100% recovery and will miss seeing them each week. Albert, Monique, Ernie, Fransisco, and Kimberly among other, always made sure I was feeling supported and encouraged in my recovery. Love you guys!
