Dr. Harvey Greenberg, MD

I have been here 2 hours. They didnt get the fax for the authorization number and they want to reschedule. I call the insurance company they resend it. If the doctor is full dont take new more people I work and I have to take time off and now I am late for everything. Plus the office is empty.

Dr Greenberg has been my oncologist since 2008. He helped me through one of the most difficult events of my life. Even at times when it was not easy for him, he always respected my choices and kept looking out for my welfare. I will always be grateful to him and Dr Santillan for helping me with their medical and professional expertise. 10 years later, nowI can enjoy and thank Jehovah for the measure of health I posses for such amazing physicians.

By far the worst experience I've ever had in my life. For the past 2 and a half weeks I had been calling Dr Greenburgs office to schedule an appointment. They told me that it would take 48 hrs to receive a fax!!!! and that the only way to receive the referral would be via fax! That they couldn't receive it in an email. Considering this day and age, I cannot believe that they can't receive a referral via email. Well back to the rant. They (the Staff) continued to give me the run around that they weren't receiving the fax from my primary Dr and the staff from my primary told me they had faxed over 5xs!! I had received a call from Michelle and had hope things would get resolved, HA! that was not the case. Finally today they called that they had finally received the fax and to see if I wanted to schedule, well I expressed to the person who call my frustration and how upset I was and I didn't want to schedule anymore because I was doubtful of their services. Well that lady simply did not care!!! I'm amazed how inconsiderate and the lack of empathy the staff showed. Having cancer is stressful as it is and dealing with ignorant people makes it worst!! I'd give this place zero stars if possible
