Vaneza is awesome!!! We had some problems last minute prior to closing with our previous loan officer, we were bummed. Luckily my builder had Vaneza’s contact and she was able to find us a lender that was able to accept our loan. She took over the whole loan process and moved very quickly on it at a kind, friendly, and respectful manner. We were so relieved to finally be able to close after all the set backs. Would work with her over again if ever needed to in the future. Highly recommend her to anyone, especially if buying a first home she will make it easy for you!!!

I am very thankful for Vaneza’s professional, responsive and honest assistance with the whole mortgage process from beginning to end. She made herself available to me via any method of my choice - email, business phone or cell phone, which I appreciated and took advantage of. Vaneza advised me about the loan process, stayed in touch with me the whole time. I am grateful for all of Vaneza’s time she devoted to my family's purchase of this home.
