BEK staff is exceptional the VA ordered a hospital bed for my father in law back in Oct without a mattress refused it been waiting for the bed till now 04/24 rails were ordered separately and they accommodated him with loaners till we get them and they are so accommodating and empathetic about our situation everyone from secrertary to delivery personal exceptional service from exceptional people.

So unfortunately I have to continue to come here for my parents I've been sitting here in the store not but a foot from the cash registers and no ones even bothered to ask If I need help they just keep taking other people so disrespectful is it because I'm young? Or the way i dress I'm certain my money spends the same way oh how I hate this place * seriously avoid at all costs this place is a money hungry business with no regard for its clientele shop online it's far more affordable especially If your forced to pay out of pocket

Very roud lady they have there verifying insurance.. not great coustumer service. We left upset..
