        Why do they want me to come in at 10:00 for a 10:30 appointment, we don't get seen until 11:45?

        They really need to update their staff. I went to have an MRI there and asked the front desk about my lab she saw my orders and said it was closed. I came the next day fasting and they told me I had to go to the main hospital in Alameda. That they should have told me. So useless if the registration staff is getting paid to inform sick patients of their care guiding them wrong. They have people waste time and gas ,because they don't read the orders correctly knowing they should help and not just sitting warming up their rears.

        I had a better experience here than at another facility. Came in for an MRI, friendly staff. Especially the techs, explained everything and I felt at ease.
