        I will always pick Las Palmas over any other hospital unless one of my drs insists. From the moment I arrived (I fell on a recently total knee replacement) the nurse was there right away to help me get as comfortable as I could, the dr gave me pain meds because they were going to have to take xrays which meant movement which could have been excruciating. The X ray tech was awesome, gentle and keep me entertained so I wouldn’t focus on the pain. Even the registrar was empathetic to my situation. I left feeling much better and also happy to finally have a good ER in the northeast!!!

        If i could leave a 0 star rating i would. I love las Palmas and this urgent care is a complete joke!! Staff seems like they hope no one walks thru that door so they won't have to get off their lazy bums .. They didnt even bother checking my kids. Horrible service do not recommend you take your child or anyone there. I hate Providence but I'd rather go to the Providence e.r by mcombs then go to this facility.
