Came to my house she was so very nice and could not be more helpful at picking out colors and accessories great line of products to pick from was very happy and decided to go with them to have our bathroom remodeling done.

Had the Onyx Shower system installed in 2017. From day one the shower doors have been a problem. First the frame for the glass wall panel was measured wrong and to hide the mistake they used excessive amounts of caulk. They came back and fixed that. Next the shower doors leaked. They came back twice to fix that. The second guy said they never sealed the doors. The doors are mounted at the top and every two months need to be rehung as the clamp loosens. We have tried calling about this but no action taken after several conversations and promises of "getting back to us". The doors continue to leak around the glass seals. So when the salesman Mike says he never had a shower system leak, show him this review. Poor value, poor craftsmanship. Service: Remodeling
